Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at King Cobra Apiary, LLC. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

We work hard to get orders to you on time. It's just the two of us - we care for the bees, we harvest the honey, we fill the honey jars, we hand label the jars, we make the candles, we pack the orders, and we take the orders to the post office. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Most orders are processed and shipped out within 5 to 8 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

King Cobra Apiary, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

King Cobra Apiary, LLC, is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

All products are insured upon shipping, so please notify King Cobra Apiary if any product arrives broken, with photos, promptly. If this is done in a timely manner, we can take up the case with the shipping company, and have a replacement shipped ASAP.

Due to potential abuse, we do not have a guaranteed refund policy. However, if the product does not meet expectations, or there is a problem with the product, refunds and replacements will be granted on case by case basis. We strive to maintain happy and repeat customers and at this point in our business, all refund or replacement requests have been honored.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
