Refund policy
All products are insured upon shipping, so please notify King Cobra Apiary, LLC if any product arrives broken, with photos, promptly. If this is done in a timely manner, we can take up the case with the shipping company, and have a replacement shipped ASAP.
Due to potential abuse, we do not have a guaranteed refund policy. However, if the product does not meet expectations, or there is a problem with the product, refunds and replacements will be granted on case by case basis. We strive to maintain happy and repeat customers and at this point in our business, all refund or replacement requests have been honored.
