You are currently viewing our 3 ounce mini mason glass jars of raw, wildflower honey that we harvest in the spring in the Piedmont of North Carolina.

Spring Harvest: Harvested April through May. Nectar sources include black locust, blackberry, clover, dewberry, blueberry, and various other wildflowers. Light and sweet flavor profile. Easy on the palate and smooth. Perfect in a cup of tea, coffee, or on top of some buttermilk biscuits.
